1. Data controller
- Controller: SEO-SEM.ONLINE
- Tax identification: X8994033K
- Address: Calle Duque de Alba 28B, Robledondo, Community of Madrid, Spain
- Privacy contact: info@seo-sem.online
2. Data we process
When you use the contact form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we may process your name, professional contact details, company, website, service interest, budget indication, message and the technical data necessary to receive and protect the communication. Please do not send passwords, health data, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Hosting and security systems may create limited server logs such as IP address, date, requested resource, browser information and error data for security, availability and technical diagnosis.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may process the page URL and title, referrer, browser and device information, language, approximate geographic information, interactions and pseudonymous identifiers. The website code does not deliberately send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages or form-field values to Analytics.
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Respond to enquiries and prepare a requested proposal | Steps requested before a contract and, where applicable, consent |
| Provide and administer contracted services | Performance of a contract and legal obligations |
| Protect the website and investigate abuse | Legitimate interest in security and service integrity |
| Measure website use and improve content through optional Google Analytics | Consent, which may be withheld or withdrawn |
| Keep accounting or legal records | Compliance with applicable legal obligations |
Analytics is disabled by default and does not load when you reject it or make no choice. Contact details are not used for unrelated mass marketing unless separate, valid permission is obtained.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to answer and follow up the requested conversation, normally no longer than twelve months when no professional relationship begins. Contract, invoice and legally relevant records are kept for the periods required by applicable law. Security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for technical and security purposes.
The consent preference cookie lasts for 180 days. When analytics is accepted, the Google Analytics cookies are configured to last for up to 180 days and may expire earlier because of browser controls. Event-level and report retention within the GA4 property follows the selected Analytics account settings and applicable Google terms.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by hosting, email, security, communications, accounting or professional technology providers acting under appropriate instructions and confidentiality obligations. After analytics consent, Google Analytics, provided by Google, acts as an additional technology provider for audience measurement. Data is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law, a competent authority or to establish or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard should support the transfer. The actual provider and account configuration must remain consistent with this policy.
7. Your rights and withdrawal
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send a request to info@seo-sem.online with enough information to identify the relevant communication. Additional verification may be requested when necessary to protect the data.
Analytics consent can be changed through the “Cookie settings” control in the footer. Withdrawing consent removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from the browser, blocks future loading of the Analytics tag and reloads the page. It does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), particularly if you believe a request has not been handled appropriately.
8. Google Analytics configuration
This website uses GA4 measurement ID G-C0VW3F2HH9 in basic consent mode. Analytics storage is denied by default; advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied even after analytics is accepted. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the website configuration. More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
9. Security and updates
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used according to the nature of the data and service. This policy may be updated when providers, purposes, law or website functions change. The current date appears above.
